I offer psychotherapy for young adults, college students, and young parents or other family members who want want help coping with stress, managing symptoms of anxiety or depression, making decisions / big life transitions, or developing deeper insight into their life and intersecting identities.
My Background and Approach
I offer the opportunity for you to look inward and see the old patterns and beliefs that cause distress and hold you back, and to grapple with the big questions you're asking, or even feel afraid to ask. My approach is relational, process-oriented, compassionate, and of course, confidential. I draw from psychodynamic, mindfulness, IFS, DBT, and ACT frameworks.
