About My Clients

I help my client overcome anxiety, improve their mood, raise their self-esteem, and learn ways to cope with all the stress that life sometimes throws their way.
My Background and Approach
Our work together starts with developing a positive and supportive relationship. I provide a warm, judgement-free, and safe therapy space. We'll figure out what your treatment goals are early on and as we work together, you'll learn coping and problem solving skills, how to challenge negative thoughts, and tools needed to make change happen! We start by creating a treatment plan based on your goals, so we focus on work that's important to you. We also identify ways to take what you learn in session into your day-to-day life, so you start feeling better faster!
