The clients I specialize in are dealing with anxiety, panic disorders or panic attacks, depression, stress, and life transitions.

I provide person-centered therapy with an emphasis on the person and their issues at the moment. I have provided solution-focused therapy, CBT, DBT therapy techniques in my past experience. I have experience in the Children/Adolescent Outpatient setting, Children/Adolescent Inpatient Setting, and Adult Outpatient setting. I am aligned with existential theory and feminist theory and have some experience with journal or narrative therapy. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe the therapeutic relationship between client and counselor is the most important part of a client's success in counseling. I identify in the LGBT+ population and hold this very close to my heart and would love to counsel those in the LGBT+ population.
