About My Clients

I help adults healing from trauma, anxiety, and burnout who are ready to move from survival to stability. My ideal clients seek understanding, growth, and peace. Together, we explore patterns, set boundaries, and build emotional balance. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and practical—offering real tools for lasting change in a safe, supportive space

My Background and Approach

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Doctoral Candidate (DSW) specializing in Domestic Violence, I help adults heal from trauma, anxiety, and major life transitions. My background in community mental health, crisis intervention, and private practice allows me to meet clients with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and evidence-based care. Using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach that integrates CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, I help clients process painful experiences, identify patterns, and develop tools for resilience and self-trust. I believe therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and empowering. Together, we’ll rebuild confidence, strengthen boundaries, and foster growth that lasts beyond our sessions—helping you not only manage symptoms but truly thrive—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As a therapist and advocate, I believe healing happens when people feel truly seen, respected, and safe to be themselves. I’m passionate about creating spaces that honor identity, culture, and lived experience. My practice is rooted in values of equity, compassion, and empowerment, and I proudly support movements that promote mental health awareness, racial and social justice, and trauma-informed care. Outside of therapy, I enjoy community outreach, mentorship, and collaborating on initiatives that make mental health resources more accessible—especially for marginalized and underserved populations. I believe that small acts of kindness and advocacy can create lasting change, and I strive to bring that same spirit of hope and humanity into every session.
