About My Clients
My clients are adults 40+ facing burnout, anxiety, or big life shifts. They’re ready to stop spinning their wheels and start making real, lasting changes. Whether it’s reducing overwhelm, easing financial stress, or cutting back on alcohol, I help clients take practical steps toward feeling better, clearer, and more in control of their lives. Together, we focus on progress, not perfection—and create change that sticks.
My Background and Approach
I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisory designation (LPCC-S) in Ohio, an LICDC, and an LMHC in Florida. With years of experience helping adults navigate complex life transitions, I bring a grounded, no-nonsense, and deeply compassionate approach to therapy. My work is rooted in practical, evidence-based methods like CBT and solution-focused therapy, with a strong emphasis on values-based living, emotional resilience, and lasting behavior change. Clients often tell me they appreciate how straightforward and supportive I am—someone who truly listens but also helps them move forward. Therapy with me isn’t about overanalyzing or chasing perfection; it’s about getting clear, making intentional choices, and creating a life that feels like yours again. I offer online, HIPAA-compliant sessions during weekday evenings and Saturdays to fit therapy into real-life schedules. If you're ready to do the work, I'm ready to help.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a place where you can drop the mask, say the hard things out loud, and not feel judged for any of it. Life gets messy—especially in midlife when roles, values, and priorities start to shift. I believe that burnout, anxiety, and even our relationship with alcohol often signal deeper needs for change, not personal failure. I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. I believe in honest conversations, practical tools, and small, meaningful steps that lead to big shifts over time. I believe that humor and humanity belong in the therapy room. Most of all, I believe you don’t have to keep white-knuckling your way through. Change is possible—and you don’t have to do it alone. Therapy should help you feel more like yourself again, with more clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.
