My Background and Approach
I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT is effective to help anxiety, fears, obsessions/compulsions, relationship issues, self-esteem and depression. In addition, I am a Certified Grief Recovery Counselor (The Grief Recovery Method).
