You are here today because you fear your relationship is at a point of no return. You feel disconnected, unseen, misunderstood, and emotionally alone. You feel like you are no longer a couple, and you have become enemies. You no longer tend to your partner's needs because you are needing to protect your own. You are in a constant dance of pursuing and withdrawing from one another. If this sounds like your relationship, you are stuck in a cycle of disconnection and self protection.
My Background and Approach
My goal as a couples therapist is to assist you in co-creating a secure relationship with yourself and your partner.we will explore your relationship dynamics, deal breakers, and create a safe and secure environment that allows for clarity and growth. We will utilize research based therapeutic modalities such as PACT (Level 3 ) and GOTTMAN(Level 2) to assist you in restructuring and recreating the secure relationship you and your partner have been looking for by putting your energy in the right places to heal each others’ hurts and attachment wounds. You can reconnect again, you just need to learn the how. I will teach you a shift in paradigm in how you think about your relationship, and assist you in creating a conscious agreement and relationship vision with your partner.
