Over the last 25 years as a practitioner, I have continued to enhance my practice with a focus on anxiety and mood issues. You will learn what happens in your brain when you are anxious or depressed. I continue to attend training and education activities in new and innovative care in the field. I am privileged to be part of this profession supporting individuals toward improved mental well-being.
