About My Clients
I serve adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, or other issues related to trauma and PTSD. My certifications include EMDR (preliminary), CBT, and CPT. I specialize in treating issues related to PTSD, anxiety, depression, addiction, body image/eating disorders, and domestic violence.
My Background and Approach
Therapy can be a wonderful place to begin the journey to understanding yourself, your journey and create life changing growth. Working from a trauma-informed and cognitive behavioral model, I utilize a strengths based perspective to shine light on and empower individuals to transform their lives and relationships. I believe in providing empathy and nonjudgmental support, creating the safety for others to explore areas in their lives that could be working better and assist them in developing the mindfulness, awareness and skills to change their circumstances and achieve their goals.
