This is a broad topic that covers many issues. I have worked alongside women who seek to find their voice in the world, to make a difference and accept themselves as they are. I have worked with weight issues, career growth, family issues, and more.

I have worked with veterans, traumatized people in crisis events, relationship experiences, and taught graduate students in this field.

Over the many years I've provided therapy or consultation services to people, I have found experiential and expressive techniques, such as breathwork, drawing, writing, and/or somatic support, such as aromatherapy, massage, and writing fit nicely alongside talk therapy.

In my coaching practice, the focus is on providing a client support, accountability, and encouragement to meet the goals they select by using my experience as a behavioral change agent.

I have studied mindfulness and other contemplative therapies for over twenty years. It can help clients develop coping skills for mood regulation, insight, focusing skills, acceptance of things the way they are, and more.
