Sometimes life just feels overwhelming and depression sets in, making it hard to get things done. I believe that you are an expert in your story, and you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I will tailor our conversation and we will develop a treatment plan together to meet your unique and specific needs. I will help you develop insight, skills, and courage to live the life you want. I'll provide you with tools you can use to help you learn to calm your mind and your body. I am trained in several therapeutic approaches and we will create a plan based on your needs that may include helping you clarify your desires, learning some cognitive behavioral skills to replace unhelpful thoughts, EMDR to help you re-process painful memories, or learning to identify unhealthy patterns and to establish healthy boundaries.

I believe we all have the ability to change and grow. I am a person of faith and offer a Christian faith base approach to therapy if this is something you desire.
