About My Clients

I work with individuals impacted by trauma, anxiety, and depression, offering neurodiversity-affirming care that honors lived experience. I support people feeling exhausted, stuck in self-doubt, or worn down from performing roles or explaining their needs. Therapy is a warm, collaborative space to slow down, feel seen, heal from trauma, build self-trust, and reconnect with yourself in grounded, genuine ways, with room for humor along the way.

My Background and Approach

I work with adults who are dealing with anxiety, trauma, overwhelm, and questions about identity; who you are, how you got here, and what feels true for you now. Therapy with me is integrative and nervous-system-informed, with a focus on what actually helps in day-to-day life: learning ways to calm your body, steady your thoughts, and feel more grounded when things feel like too much. Our work is collaborative and paced. We start with what feels most urgent, while also making space to explore patterns, identities, and experiences that shape how you relate to yourself and the world. I often use Internal Family Systems to help you understand your inner world with curiosity and compassion instead of self-criticism, building emotional regulation, insight, and resilience over time. My goal is change that feels steady, sustainable, and human.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My work is grounded in equity, compassion, and respect for the full complexity of being human. I believe mental health care must acknowledge the real impact of systemic oppression and honor diverse identities, bodies, neurotypes, genders, sexualities, and belief systems. I provide an LGBTQIA+ affirming space, and I welcome people of all spiritual, religious, and non-religious backgrounds. I approach therapy with awareness of systemic inequities and support for human rights, and a dedication to fostering personal and collective well-being. I hold space for change to emerge naturally, with respect, care, and pacing that honors each person’s journey.
