With over two decades of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field of mental health. I am well-versed in various Evidence Based Treatment Models. Healing is not one size fits all. So, we will work together to find the approach that fits you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I embrace an affirming approach to therapy which includes validation and advocacy across the spectrum of gender identity and sexual orientation. As a Racial Justice Ally, I make efforts to open up healing discussions around race in therapy and take a de-centering approach to addressing the impact of racial injustice in our society.
