People often seek help or feel the need for change at a crossroads or while facing a challenging life situation. It's challenging to find someone with whom you can relate and connect while processing what is going on in your life. My goal is to help adults or couples get to the root of the issues that affect their daily lives and relationships.
My Background and Approach
In therapy, I assist individuals who are dealing with trauma, stress, life or career transitions, anxiety, depression, feeling stuck, disconnected, divorce, medical diagnoses, and grief to develop a deeper understanding of themselves while moving through the healing process. I will draw from various approaches, including depth psychology, eye movement desensitization, and reprocessing (EMDR), along with having a Jungian and somatic influence in my work. We will identify your unique goals and areas where you seek healing, growth, and change.
