About My Clients
By working together, I aim to empower individuals in their healing journey. It’s my goal to ensure that these individuals grow their self-confidence, self-love, and self-worth over time and learn how to have healthy. I particularly enjoy working with people to explore the best solutions to their emotional challenges and believe it is truly a collaborative effort to support individuals as they face the challenges of life and begin to construct healthier and authentic ways to experience the world.
My Background and Approach
Therapy is one's self-exploration journey that I would love to be a part of. As a mental health counselor, my aim is to build strong relationships with each of my clients and revel in their accomplishments. More importantly, I am focused on guiding my clients through their challenges and recovery process with a person-centered, humanistic approach. Individuals can expect to step into a safe and empathetic environment where I will work to understand potential triggers and build a treatment plan with the goal of releasing these mental burdens.
