Hi, I'm Patience! I created my practice to provide you with a supportive, guilt free, and productive space to experience personal growth. I offer mental health counseling in GA and NE. I have specialized training in perinatal mood disorders and enjoy working with expecting and current parents. The journey into parenthood can take us on a wild ride mentally, emotionally, and physically, so, I am here to partner with you so you do not have to go at it alone .
My Background and Approach
With over a decade of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and specialized training in perinatal mood disorders, I utilize the power of connection, collaboration, and evidence based techniques to assist my clients in reaching their goals. When working with clients I have adopted the following principles, or what I like to call the 3-Ps to assist during the process. Preparation- developing an individualized plan with action-oriented steps to reach your personal goals. Partnership- partnering with you by empowering and holding you accountable during and in between your sessions. Prosperity- by putting your plan into action you will start flourishing in all areas of your life. I am currently offering one group, A Postpartum State of Mind This virtual mental wellness group was created for folks who are currently pregnant as a way to educate, validate, and normalize the complex changes that will occur to her mental health after having a baby.
