About My Clients
Although she specializes in serving women with complex trauma and substance use disorders, she provides psychotherapy services to individuals at various ages and stages of life. Her unique clinical background includes working with adults and children who are who are neurodivergent and/or have disabilities, adults transitioning out of the criminal justice system, single mothers, and adults managing chronic and/or life-limiting illness.
My Background and Approach
She holds a bachelor’s degree in music therapy and a master’s degree in clinical social work from the Florida State University, and she feels privileged to support others on their journey to healing. Pat’s therapeutic style is rooted in humanistic and cognitive-behavioral perspectives.
