About My Clients
A mental health private practice with a passion for women’s issues, and identity development, empowering women and adolescents to find intent, authenticity and to deepen their connection with self and others. We strongly believe it is important to have a genuine connection within the therapeutic relationship in order to best assist you in your journey of changes and growth.
My Background and Approach
With dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of North Florida and a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the CACREP (Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs) Accredited University of Texas-Tyler, I have a diverse range of experience supporting clients in both the nonprofit and private sectors.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a first-generation Indian-American, I have deep insight into areas of anxiety, self-compassion/self-love, and a sense of belonging. My background provided me with the ability to connect with others through empathy, communication, and understanding. Through my experiences, both personal and professional, I have found I connect most with women and young adults/adolescents.
