Attachment is central to my work. The ways we learned to connect (or protect ourselves) show up in dating, friendships, and family dynamics. I help people understand their attachment patterns without shame, regulate emotions, communicate needs clearly, and build more secure relationships with themselves and others. With couples, I focus on breaking reactive cycles, increasing emotional safety, and strengthening trust. My style is collaborative, blending insight, validation, and practical tools so you feel supported and empowered.

I deeply believe that mental and physical health go hand in hand. When one is out of balance, the other often feels it too. Therapy, to me, is a collaborative journey.
