My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We were born perfect with infinite capacity to love ourselves and others, to learn and to be present. And your parents? They were born perfect too - but like us, they were raised by infinitely fallible humans too. Humans who, through distress, ignorance or well-meaning but misguided efforts, were not able to meet every single need. And really, that's mostly ok, because humans, though imperfect, are so incredibly resilient. However, that resilience sometimes comes at a price, and we find ourselves stuck, having disconnected from the parts of us we need to be happy and to connect with others. That's where I come in. Let me help you figure out what is getting in the way of your ability to navigate difficult situations and assist you in gaining the practical tools and skills you need to grow and thrive.
