About My Clients
Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, sad, frustrated or just at a loss for solutions? Therapy can provide a safe space for you to get grounded, feel your feelings, learn, strategize and let go of what is no longer serving you. My clients range the life span. I provide individual therapy, parent guidance/support and sibling support. I have experience and training working with clients and families facing challenges with chronic medical conditions, Autism Spectrum, ADHD, Anxiety and Depression.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is relationship based, flexible and eclectic. When you come into session, you can expect unconditional care and respect for your unique story. You are the expert on your experience. Some techniques I incorporate include; looking at family dynamics, mindfulness, art, play, talk therapy, strengths based strategies, movement, trauma informed therapy, development informed therapy, positive parenting, a holistic mindset and a sense of humor . I also bring experience working closely with many different professionals including psychiatrists, speech therapists and occupational therapist and strive to make appropriate recommendations for my clients to seek additional services as needed.
