My Background and Approach
I’m not just a talk therapist. I use techniques beyond traditional talk therapy to tap into the parts of you that aren't always accessible through words. I am a certified Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist, and I incorporate aspects of mindfulness and parts work into my practice. EMDR is an effective therapy to treat trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, attachment issues, as well as other distressful life experiences.
