About My Clients
We specialize in working with adolescents and their families. We know how challenging it has been for teens the last few years and we want to work with them to continue to develop the tools and resilience to thrive.
My Background and Approach
Did you wake up one day and feel as if you no longer recognize your child? Are they beginning to struggle in school or with relationships? Do you feel as if you can no longer connect with them? Perhaps they are suddenly expressing anxiety or feelings of depression. We are here to help support you or your teen/tween as they become more independent, gain self-awareness and work toward a positive future. Our hope is that we can work with you to ease that transition into adulthood for both parents and teens. We aim to teach skills that can be used outside of the office and in the real world.
