About My Clients
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and life transitions. I offer medication management to help individuals with mental health conditions, ensuring the right medications, dosages, and treatment plans to support their well-being. My focus is on collaborating with clients to find the right balance between medication and therapy, empowering them to feel their best and achieve lasting mental health stability.
My Background and Approach
I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with specialized training in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and life transitions. With years of experience working with adults, I focus on creating individualized treatment plans, using evidence-based approaches that include both medication management and therapy. My goal is to help clients feel heard, supported, and empowered, while providing the tools they need for long-term mental wellness and resilience.

I’m committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where everyone—regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, or background—feels valued and supported. As an advocate for mental health awareness, I actively work to break the stigma surrounding mental health and encourage open conversations. I’m passionate about serving underserved communities and ensuring access to quality mental health care for all. Outside of my professional work, I volunteer with local organizations focused on mental health education and suicide prevention, always striving to contribute to a more compassionate, equitable world. As an immigrant, I understand the unique challenges of navigating different cultures, languages, and identity complexities. My personal experiences shape my approach to care, enabling me to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds with empathy and cultural sensitivity.
