My Background and Approach
I completed my Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Medicine at the Boston University School of Medicine in 2009 and received a B.A. in Psychology and History from Manhattan College in 2004. I utilize evidence based treatment approaches tailored to your individual needs. I will work with you to identify your strengths, challenge unhealthy thought patterns, and develop coping strategies in the context of a collaborative and supportive environment designed to increase your self acceptance and sense of efficacy.
