My Background and Approach
I am passionate about helping adults and teens work through current challenges that impact daily functioning. Some of my experience includes working with mood disorders, personality disorders, trauma, relationship issues, social struggles, and life transitions. My goal when working with you is to provide a safe space to process emotions, learn skills, and build confidence in all areas of your life. I believe that your thoughts and feelings will directly impact your behaviors and daily functioning, and at times may require guidance in ways to cope with and reduce the distress and challenges.
