About My Clients

I work with women and young adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, parenting, postpartum changes, menopause, burnout, and identity shifts. Many of my clients feel emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves while trying to care for everyone else. I provide a supportive space where clients can process difficult emotions, build coping skills, and reconnect with themselves with compassion and hope.

My Background and Approach

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I believe healing begins in a space where clients feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. I work alongside clients to explore patterns, process difficult experiences, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels manageable and empowering. I specialize in supporting women and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, chronic illness, parenting, postpartum adjustment, menopause-related challenges, stress, and major life transitions. I understand how deeply physical health, hormonal changes, caregiving roles, and life stress can impact emotional wellbeing. I integrate evidence-based approaches with compassion and authenticity, tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs and goals. My goal is to help clients reconnect with their strengths, improve emotional balance, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. Licensed in CA, SC and UT

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should be a space where people feel accepted without judgment and supported as their full, authentic selves. Healing is not about “fixing” who you are — it is about understanding yourself more deeply, learning to navigate life’s challenges with compassion, and recognizing your own resilience. I believe mental health is deeply connected to our relationships, physical health, life experiences, environment, and the expectations placed upon us. Many women and young adults carry invisible emotional burdens while trying to meet the needs of others, often minimizing their own struggles in the process. Therapy can provide space to slow down, process emotions, establish boundaries, and reconnect with what matters most. I value authenticity, empathy, collaboration, and creating a therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and hope. On a personal level...I am a lover of books, coffee, and laying in the pool during summer...
