I specialize in providing therapy to adults and first-gen individuals (e.g., child of immigrants) dealing with anxiety, stress, low self-esteem/confidence, and life changes (e.g., adjusting to college, graduating from high school or college, starting a new job, moving to a new city). I also offer ADHD testing.
My Background and Approach
Research has shown that the quality of the relationship between an individual and their therapist is the most important factor associated with successful outcomes. Therapy is your time and I invite you to come as you are, no filter needed! I provide a welcoming, compassionate, judgement-free zone. I believe you're the expert on your life and view therapy as a team approach where we'll not only discuss your challenges, but you'll set goals to work towards. This means you'll be an active participant in your personal growth and progress! You'll learn to identify unhelpful behaviors or thinking patterns, plus learn coping skills to make behavioral changes to help you stay mentally and emotionally well.
