About My Clients
The only requirement I have for my clients is that they show up. From there, we can come up with a plan together on how to reach whatever goals they may have for themselves. I often work with teenagers, adults, couples, and families. Most of my clients are struggling with anxiety or depression in their lives or relationships. Wherever they find themselves, I meet them there and we move forward together.
My Background and Approach
I refer to my approach as person centered. I understand that as humans we all have our own stories and experiences. I believe it is my job to hear those stories, appreciate those experiences, and work on what each client believes is important. I try not to have my own agenda for my clients, but rather allow them to tell me what they need.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we are all humans make mistakes and struggle, and that is OK.
