My Background and Approach
With over three years of experience working directly with the neurodivergent population, I bring a deep understanding and sensitivity to the unique challenges they face. My experience extends to helping adolescents navigate anxiety, depression, substance use, behavioral challenges, self-esteem dilemmas, and relationship issues. Additionally, I specialize in guiding young adults through life transitions such as beginning college or a new job, addressing similar mental health concerns that affect their daily living. I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach that blends various evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy. This approach allows me to address the unique goals and specific needs of each client. I am passionate about building collaborative relationships with my clients, empowering them to set their own goals and providing them with the necessary skills to enhance their overall well-being.
