About My Clients
My ideal client is someone who feels stuck — whether it's due to anxiety, self-doubt, relationship struggles, or navigating a major life transition. They may feel pressured by expectations (their own or others’) and want to begin the process of prioritizing healthy goals and thought patterns. I will provide a safe, non-judgmental space where one can slow down, connect with their emotions, and be fully seen and heard. One may not always know what they need yet — but that is apart of the process.
My Background and Approach
I have worked with family units and individuals from ages three all the way to fifty with a variety of goals. I am confident in my direct yet compassionate methods, and aim to begin practical means of self-redirection and discovery through a combination of CBT and DBT techniques.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I offer therapy that’s inclusive, down-to-earth, and honest. My practice is a space where all identities, backgrounds, and experiences are respected—and where we don’t dance around the hard stuff. I’m supportive and compassionate, but I’ll also challenge you when patterns are keeping you stuck. Sessions are conversational and real, not clinical or scripted. We’ll laugh when it fits, sit with discomfort when needed, and work together toward meaningful change—not just insight, but action.
