About My Clients
I work best with teens and adults with ADHD who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or frustrated by the way their brain works. You may struggle with executive functioning, anxiety, depression, relationships, work or school, or simply keeping up with everyday life. I also support people navigating grief, life transitions, and relationship stress. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build practical tools, and feel more confident moving forward.
My Background and Approach
Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) with specialized experience supporting teens and adults with ADHD, anxiety, depression, executive functioning challenges, relationship stress, grief, and life transitions. I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and strengths-based therapy, tailoring our work to what fits you rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. I also understand ADHD personally, which helps me bring both professional knowledge and real-world understanding to our sessions. My style is collaborative, practical, and down-to-earth. Together, we’ll work on understanding how your brain works, identifying patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and developing realistic strategies that actually fit your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when you can show up as your real self without fear of judgment. I value authenticity, humor, curiosity, compassion, and meeting people where they are. I believe people are doing the best they can while also having the capacity to learn, grow, and make meaningful changes. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and neurodiversity affirming, and I strive to create a welcoming space for people of all identities, backgrounds, relationships, and family structures. I’m especially passionate about reducing the shame that often comes with ADHD and mental health struggles. You don’t need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy—we can start with where you are and work from there.
