My Background and Approach
I offer a balanced approach that combines empathy with the right level of challenge to support your growth. With extensive experience in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, codependency, and low self-esteem, I use practical tools from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you change harmful patterns like emotional reactivity and people-pleasing. I also incorporate the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM) to process trauma and shift negative beliefs that contribute to self-criticism and low self-worth.
