About My Clients
I help humans from all walks of life to heal from the past, overcome their limitations, and live an empowered life. I work with adults ages 18 and older who are located in New York. Many of the folks I work with are dealing with the impact of trauma.
My Background and Approach
My background is in Creative Arts Therapy and Mental Health Counselinng. I use a range of techniques including psychoeducation, solution-focused, EMDR, cognitive-behavioral, attachment-focused, psychodynamic, and expressive arts therapy. Your sessions are individualized to meet your unique strengths and needs. Therapy can be short-term and focused on solutions or long-term and focus on deeper healing.
