As a psychotherapist, I strive to provide a comfortable and nonjudgmental environment where my clients feel heard. I utilize an eclectic approach, using a variety of tools according to the situation that the client presents.
My Background and Approach
I use Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, REBT, Mindfulness, as well as Psycho-Education, to accommodate everyone’s unique individual needs during their therapeutic journey. My approach to therapy is person-centered, yet direct goal-oriented, with a strong belief that all individuals have an innate drive to self-actualization. I believe that everyone has the abilities and talent to fulfill their potential.

We will laugh, cry, and push forward together to increase your confidence and self-compassion, and as a byproduct, you will improve your interpersonal relationships. You will be able to create the life you dream of. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and concerns. Whether facing difficulties related to relationships, stress, anxiety, or depression, I am here to foster an environment of healing and transformation.
