Seeking help in a dark time takes courage, strength, and a willingness to look at yourself and lean into your fears. Whether your goal is to make lifestyle changes or gain extra support to navigate through a difficult time in your life, consider taking that journey with me! I am here to help you navigate to the best version of you. I have 15 years of experience in multiple theoretical approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), client-centered therapy, solution focused therapy, and mindfulness. My expertise lies in: facilitating the process of developing healthy coping skills, regulating stress, learning mindfulness, processing unwanted feelings & emotions, developing effective communication habits, establishing boundaries, addressing triggers, and navigating life transitions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
No mom chooses to have a loss of interest in activities they once enjoyed, experience intrusive thoughts, or feel stuck in the dark with no way out. The good news is there’s hope! Together we will co-create a healing space to address challenges unique to you. As a therapist and your guide, I focus on offering a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment. I believe in a healthy balance of meeting clients where they are and gently but firmly challenging when appropriate.
