About My Clients
I’m a specialist in adults emotional difficulties as well as couples counseling. I strive to help individuals grow and overcome their life obstacles. Reaching peace of mind and well-being are essential to having a good life. That’s what are goals will be. I’m fluent in Spanish as well, understanding different cultures and the impact this has on our lives.
My Background and Approach
My 28 years of experience will allow me to work with you in order to improve your quality of life. My line of work is based on the cognitive behavioral model (CBT). I have obtained lots of success treating anxiety and depression with this model as well as couples and marriage counseling. We all have many challenges that at times seem unbearable. However, once these issues are shared, as a team, I will help you find solutions. For every challenge there’s an answer and that’s what we will strive for. Our life interpretations get biased by our emotions, which makes it difficult for us to move forward. Together, you and I, will explore the thoughts that need to be changed since they interfere in our possibility to make things right for ourselves. Nothing that we want to achieve is impossible! By becoming aware of how we think we can create adaptive new thoughts that will guide us through the right path of life, in a short time.

My passion for helping adults with emotional disorders and couples and marriage counseling, have led me to believe that the most important thing in life is to have peace of mind and be true to yourself. I will be by your side as you explore how to reach these goals, in order to grant yourself the one and most important gift of life: guiding your life journey based on your moral values, interests, needs, and dreams.
