The most important thing between me and you on your therapeutic journey is our rapport, being able to openly communicate without judgement is key to your empowerment and transformation. My Background and Approach
Our style is direct, client-focused and compassionate. She predominately uses Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailoring these evidence-based approaches to the needs of each client, and working with them to ensure they feel relevant to, and effective for, their daily lives.
