About My Clients
Orli is a clinician who specializes in working with adolescents, and young adult clients who are neurodivergent (ADHD, Autism, Dyspraxia, and Dyslexia) and/or struggle with mental health challenges. Areas of treatment include self-advocacy and disability awareness, improving communication and relationships, anxiety and depression management, and addressing compassion fatigue/burn-out.
My Background and Approach
I use a relational approach while incorporating mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) into sessions. Additional specialties include: neurodiversity (autism, ADHD, & dyslexia), complex relationships/family systems, compassion or autism-masking fatigue, emotional regulation, and life transitions.
