About My Clients
I am a bilingual, English & Spanish-Speaking Therapist, my specialties include working with adults or families going through difficult transitions, experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, or have met crossroads in their lives and feel stuck. I also work closely with parents who are experiencing difficulties with their adolescent or teenagers behaviors. My purpose is to help you identify the issues, find your goals and give you the tools to overcome life's challenges.

As a therapist, I tailor treatment based upon your needs and goals. I employ cognitive-behavioral approaches to change the way you think and act. I explore your past to help find answers for the present, and use those answers to give you the control and clarity to direct your future. My personal belief is that regardless of what may have brought you to therapy, I work towards helping you find peace within yourself or as a family.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
In my practice, there is no progress without the client-therapist relationship! I work toward earning your trust, creating an atmosphere for you to be able to express yourself and speak in ways that sometimes feel impossible otherwise. Opening up and speaking about topics, thoughts, and feelings that have gone unspoken can sometimes deter people from the therapeutic process, but I make it a critical point in my practice to give you the power, the energy, and the will to take this step. I work best with clients who are motivated and have come to the decision that they want to seek help or make changes in their lives. I use a collaborative, team-oriented approach to determine OUR goals. I adapt myself to your needs and I tailor the treatment to ensure we are obtaining what we want from therapy. The therapeutic process can be long, overwhelming, and mentally exhausting, but it is a journey that leads to growth and clarity. My job is to help get you there.
