My therapeutic style is adaptable to the specifics of each client I work with while still being open, genuine, forthright, and collaborative. I primarily employ cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy because these two modalities support the development of a shared knowledge of the client's reality and enable collaboration on a course of action.
