My Background and Approach

Therapy is never one size fits all, so I do my best to tailor my approach to each individual's needs. A typical treatment plan of mine may include improving coping skills, communication strategies, and self-esteem, as well as exploring and challenging patterns that are no longer working for you. I am trained in TF-CBT and EMDR. I have experience working with ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, intimate partner violence, trauma, and concerns specific to the trans and gender non-conforming community.
