I hope to be working with adolescents and individuals who need support in navigating different transitions in their lives. I prioritize learning about the different dimensions of identity a client brings into the therapeutic environment to gain access to the perceptions and reality each person holds.
My Background and Approach
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern studying at Loma Linda University. Modalities and theories I utilized include Structural Family Therapy, Bowen Family Systems, and Strategic Therapy techniques to implement change in the individual's life. These theories allow me to see where the individual comes from and where we can implement attainable change.
