About My Clients
If you’re a mom who feels like you’re standing at the edge of the “parenting cliff,” a millennial navigating capitalism burnout, or simply someone seeking more ease and clarity, I’m here to help you find your footing. Healing doesn’t make life perfect, but with practice, it turns each step into progress.
My Background and Approach
I offer a grounding space to breathe, process, and realign. Together, we can work through the internalized stresses, traumas, and expectations that make life feel heavier than it ought to be. My approach is non-judgmental, compassionate, and collaborative, asking you simply to show up exactly as you are. In our work, you can expect a blend of mindfulness practices, DBT-informed tools, somatic grounding, positive psychology, and creative expression. I often integrate art as a therapeutic outlet, structured goal-setting, and coaching-style support if that’s what resonates with you. You will leave with practical skills for calming your nervous system, building confidence in your decision-making, and reconnecting with your “highest self” as a parent, partner, professional, or person.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am someone who understands the pressures of caregiving, community work, and simply trying to stay afloat in systems not built with us in mind, I know how overwhelming “doing your best” can feel. My practice supports women, parents, and those who are stressed, navigating major life transitions, or trying to reconnect with the person they want to be. I bring 10+ years of experience across community mental health, case management, women’s empowerment programming, youth and family support, and nonprofit leadership. My background includes developing trauma-informed SEL curriculum, facilitating healing-centered groups, advocating for families navigating complex systems, and building community spaces for women and new mothers. I’ve supported clients through housing instability, burnout, resource gaps, grief, postpartum shifts, and the emotional toll of caregiving and social justice work. Above all, I meet each person where they are.
