My Background and Approach
Our mind, body and soul are interconnected and when one part is not working efficiently, the whole system is off balance. Together, we can begin your journey of recalibration so that you can live in fullness. My style is very much organic, and I meet my clients right where they are. Whether you are entering therapy for the first time or in need of a fresh perspective, it is an honor to have the opportunity to come alongside you on your journey to wellness. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Authenticity is one the greatest gifts I offer my clients. Not only do I model what it looks like for me, I encourage them to find their own voice and show up fully as themselves. I am very much faith oriented and appreciate the opportunity to support others as they work through religious trauma and existential crises. As a Black woman, I understand the unique challenge of having to create space for my own wellness and it is my honor to do that for my sisters.
