My Background and Approach
Hi, my name is Olivia and I’m so glad you’re thinking about reaching out. I am an LMSW at Beehive Counseling and I work with teens, college students and adults. I use a variety of modalities, including CBT, relational therapy, and attachment theory to help you feel like yourself again. I provide therapy online using a HIPAA-compliant system.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My passion is working with individuals of all backgrounds to help deal with trauma, anxiety, identity and self esteem. I have experience working with and hold a safe and brave space for LGBTQ+ people to find liberation and happiness. I understand the battle is real, and I’m here to compassionately help sort it all out.
