My main treatment modality is CBT and I enjoy working with adolescents and adults with a focus on issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and ADHD (to name a few). My goal as your Therapist is to create a safe space for you to feel heard and valued. My Background and Approach
I am a Nationally Certified, Licensed Professional Counselor. I have experience working with clients ranging in age from 3-50 years old with varying degrees of trauma and presenting issues. My approach is to always meet the client where they are at and to provide them the tools necessary to bring about real change in their lives.
