I hold a degree in social work and have extensive experience working in middle/high schools, supporting students with academic, emotional, and social challenges. I also work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and personal growth. I specialize in using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques to help individuals of all ages develop coping strategies and build resilience. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can gain clarity, grow, and create lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I became a therapist because I was always the person helping my friends navigate tough situations, and my own experiences have shaped my approach. Growing up with a sibling with autism and divorced parents, I developed a deep understanding of the complexities of family dynamics and the importance of empathy.
