About My Clients
I help clients navigate anxiety, trauma, grief, relationships, burnout, and life transitions. I especially enjoy supporting those exploring identity, sexuality, gender, spirituality, or belonging, as well as healing from relational or religious trauma. If you feel stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand or are longing for greater clarity and connection, therapy can be a space to slow down, get curious, and create meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
I’m a doctoral-level therapist with specialized training in psychodynamic and relational therapy, and I’m EMDR-certified. My approach is depth-oriented, trauma-informed, and tailored to each client’s needs. I believe meaningful change comes from understanding both what you’re experiencing now and the experiences that shaped you. I help clients explore the roots of anxiety, relationship patterns, identity concerns, grief, trauma, and other sources of distress rather than just treating symptoms. When appropriate, I integrate EMDR to help process experiences that continue to feel emotionally “stuck.” I bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion to our work while helping you develop deeper insight, process what has been painful, and build greater self-trust and lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person deserves to feel seen, respected, and accepted for who they are. I value curiosity, compassion, authenticity, and the courage it takes to question what we’ve been taught and decide what truly fits for us. I believe there is no single “right” way to live, heal, build relationships, or make meaning of our experiences. I strive to create a space where you can bring your whole self, including the parts you may have felt you needed to hide, change, or figure out on your own, without judgment. I care deeply about creating a practice that is inclusive, affirming, and grounded in respect for each person’s unique story, values, and lived experience.
