About My Clients
While I am open to assisting a variety of individuals, I have a special interest in aiding autistic adults, individuals experiencing anxiety, as well as couples in their journey of growth. Additionally, I am experienced in providing support for topics including spirituality, incarceration, trauma, motherhood, and life transitions.
My Background and Approach
I knew in high school that mental health counseling was going to be my career, and I now hold a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a BS in Psychology. I completed my internship at the Ohio State University Nisonger Center where I aided neurodivergent young adults in working through various mental health concerns. I tend to take a holistic approach to concerns as I feel that it is important to identify how life's circumstances are making an impact. Collecting a thorough background and identifying all parts of you is an important part of my process. Knowing the authentic "you" is vital.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that no one knows the "correct" path for your life, or the "correct" way to live. It is important to embrace yourself, your decisions, and your life. I enjoy humor, deep conversations, gaming, animals, and my husband/kids.
